Benson
Issues: Poor Manners, Overexcitement
Benson is a beautiful and loving dog who was rescued by a wonderful and loving family. When a dog is adjusting to a new home and family one of the most common difficulties lays in different expectations.
When a dog is suddenly put into new situations they may need extra guidance and they may need to develop new coping mechanisms and new reactions. Benson needed both, he was now in a family with small children and another dog. He needed to think about being careful of everyone around him, and be a listener and follower instead of a guard dog.
Now Benson has learned to be careful of everyone in his family and think about things before he does them. He is now a wonderful companion and brings great joy to his family.
